The video on the website's homepage explains the idea of the site well. The site requires a users to create an account. It asks you to provide a website where your work can be read, so I'm not sure if non-writers might be rejected from using the service. I think the site is a good tool for anyone, not only writers, because it aggregates information from so many different sources in a clear and user-friendly way.

Storify
Storify.com can be used a tool for journalists and bloggers who are writing about topics that have captured the attention of people who use social media. It aggregates tweets, facebook posts and foursquare updates that have to do with specific subjects. For example I can use my account to search tweets that have the words "leaked cables." I can pull out the quotes I like onto my storyboard where I can add my own text to my piece. Storify also collects the latest news stories on the topic so I can pull in links to these as well.
