A Helpful Starter for Finals Week

http://www.quizlet.com/

In trying to figure out the best way to study for finals, I came across a website called Quizlet.

Quizlet takes studying to a new level by allowing its members to not only make and save their own flashcards, but also search through other member’s sets of flashcards in order to use them to study. The information is drawn from a variety of different subjects; even study questions for different standardized tests such as the LSAT and SAT can be found on the site. This serves to create a wealth of knowledge to which people constantly contribute. That knowledge is then used to enhance the learning experience for anyone who chooses to participate.

Another cool feature of the website is that it allows you to play games with the flashcard information. For me this really helped in with those subjects like history and biology, where memorization of terms and events was key.

Perhaps others can use this valuable tool as well! Happy Studying!

it also makes practice tests for you! The only drawback is that if the definition of the term you are using is long then the test won't really work (unless you type in the exact same definition every time)
