WolfRamAlpha

WolfRamAlpha.com is an online answer engine that computes factual queries rather than just giving a list of documents or pages that may give the answer. The website was released into the public on May 15, 2009 by Stephen Wolfram. It consists about five million lines of Mathematica code and runs on 10,000 cpus. It has not reformed its industry, like it was suppose to, but it has only been out for a year.
