For the Class

Hi,
I had hoped to present everyone some of my findings on text to speech and how it might help you in your academic progress. Here are a few resources

Proof reading partner:
In MS Word, you can use the speech tool to read your papers back to you. This can help you through a writers block, or during proof reading late night. If you get bored with the person, just change the voice! Its like having the your own personal TA!

Don't have ms word, working on your blackberry, or antimicrosoft. Adobe Acrobat can also read your pdf's back to you.

But here is the real treat. Spokentext.net will take your text and convert it into an mp3. You can imagine the possiblities from this point on. Check it out. Spoken Text.
